“After I had decided to have a new kitchen I approached some of the larger chain companies (through TV and local paper advertising)and was terribly let down by both of them. Remembering my friends had used KAW I decided to go and see their showroom. I was instantly made welcome and we were quickly discussing ideas and soon arranged a design visit.
That was the start of a fantastic journey for me, Kevin’s ideas were even more than I had hoped for and within a short space of time we had agreed on a final design. Next step was the day I met Pete-the man responsible for transforming my kitchen, I was instantly at ease with him and I like to think I made a new friend during those few week,s the same was to be when I met the electrician and the decorator. What a fantastic team of people Kevin has around him. I was more than happy to hand over my house key to the team and go off to work each day knowing I`d come home to yet another exciting stage progressing well.
Attention to detail was tremendous, a cupboard door was not fitted because it had a very slight flaw in it (I hadn’t even noticed it) and was instantly replaced.
I could go on all day about the fantastic work, quality and reliability of K.A.W. After sales care is second to none, I recently contacted them to come to alter something I have slightly damaged there was no hesitation and the repair is in hand.
I would wholeheartedly recommend K.A.W. to anyone considering a new kitchen. I have learned – independent traders beat national chains every time. “
